1. NATURE OF PRODUCTS
We sell fashion (imitation/artificial) jewellery.
We do not deal in real gold, silver, or precious metal jewellery.
2. ORDER CANCELLATION
a) Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
- To cancel, contact us immediately with your order details
- If cancelled successfully, a full refund will be initiated
b) After Dispatch
- Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched
- However, you may be eligible for return/replacement as per our Return Policy
3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
Refunds will be applicable only in the following cases:
- Order cancelled before dispatch
- Product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Order not delivered due to our fault
We reserve the right to verify claims before processing refunds.
4. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Minor color/design variation due to lighting or display differences
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Failed delivery due to customer unavailability

- Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 working days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- In case of Cash on Delivery (if applicable), refund will be processed via bank transfer or other suitable method
6. LATE OR FAILED REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund within the expected time:

- Contact your bank or payment provider
- If the issue persists, contact us for assistance
7. FRAUD & MISUSE
We reserve the right to:
- Reject refund requests in case of suspected fraud or misuse
