RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

This Return & Replacement Policy outlines the terms under which CRYSTALBYTE TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) accepts returns and provides replacements for products purchased from our website (“Website”).
1. NATURE OF PRODUCTS
We deal in fashion (imitation/artificial) jewellery only.
We do not sell real gold, silver, or precious metal jewellery.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- Wrong product has been delivered
- Product is significantly different from the description
To be eligible:
- Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- Product must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Proof (unboxing video/images) may be required
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Used, worn, or damaged products (by customer)
- Minor color or design variation due to lighting or screen differences
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Requests raised after the allowed time window
4. REPLACEMENT POLICY
- Eligible products will be replaced with the same item, subject to availability
- If the same product is not available, we may:
- Offer a similar product, or
- Provide store credit (if applicable)
5. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via email or phone with:
- Order ID
- Issue details
- Supporting images/videos
- Our team will review your request
- If approved:
- Pickup will be arranged or
- You may be asked to self-ship the product
6. RETURN SHIPPING
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged product), we will bear the shipping cost
- In other approved cases, return shipping may be borne by the customer
7. INSPECTION & APPROVAL
- Returned products will be inspected upon receipt
- Replacement will be processed only after successful inspection
8. REFUND (IF APPLICABLE)
- Refunds are only applicable as per our Refund Policy
- Approved refunds will be processed within 3–5 working days
9. REJECTION OF RETURNS
We reserve the right to reject returns if:
- Product does not meet eligibility criteria
- Evidence provided is insufficient or misleading
- Product shows signs of use or damage
10. MODIFICATION OF POLICY
We reserve the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
